Join Challenge 2025: Clever Fit – Your Start and Journey!
- It’s time to start! -> Visit any Clever Fit club and register for the program.
- Initial Measurement! -> Schedule your free InBody measurement and set your goals.
- Don’t give up! -> Follow the plan week by week.
- Motivate others! -> Share your activities and progress on social media—tag your club @cleverfitcernymost and add the hashtag #healthywithcleverfit.
- Experience change! -> After 4 weeks, you’ll see visible progress and receive a personalized training plan to keep going!
Step 1: START
Week 1:
- Achieve 7,000 steps daily.
- Prepare lunch for 2 days a week to keep better control of your meals.
- Complete 2 treadmill routines called "Weight Loss Routine" – set each for 30 minutes.
- Complete the MIND UNWIND stretching routine from our app.
- Dedicate 1 day to active recovery—options include sauna, cold therapy, or a walk outdoors.
Week 2:
- Achieve 8,000 steps daily.
- Prepare lunch for 2 days a week.
- Complete 2 Vario routines called "Full-Body Routine" – set each for 35 minutes.
- Do the CORE STABILITY routine from our app.
- Avoid caffeine after 5:00 PM to improve your sleep quality.
- Dedicate 1 day to active recovery.
- Turn off social media by 7:00 PM and spend quality time with someone close, read a book, or try meditation or yoga.
Week 3:
- Achieve 9,000 steps daily.
- Prepare lunch for 3 days a week.
- Complete 1 staircase routine called "Full-Body Routine" – set it for 30 minutes.
- Do 2 LIFT AND BUILD routines from our app.
- Dedicate 1 day to active recovery.
- Turn off social media by 7:00 PM and dedicate time to reading, meditation, or quality moments with someone close.
- Reduce sugar consumption by half—examples:
- Drink 1 liter of soda instead of 2 liters (or switch to sugar-free).
- Eat 1 cookie instead of 2.
Week 4:
- Achieve 10,000 steps daily.
- Prepare lunch for 3 days a week.
- Complete 1 bike routine called "Endurance Routine" – set it for 40 minutes.
- Watch and complete 2 training sessions led by Clever Fit trainers on our Instagram.
- Dedicate 1 day to active recovery.
- Plan your sleep to last 8 hours and try to go to bed at a regular time.
- Turn off social media by 7:00 PM and dedicate time to reading, meditation, or quality moments with someone close.
- Continue reducing sugar consumption—examples:
- Drink 1 liter of sweetened beverages instead of 2 liters.
- Use half a teaspoon of sugar in coffee or try it unsweetened.
Step 2: JOURNEY – Details after completing Step 1
- Free InBody measurement – track your progress after completing the challenge.
- Free 3-month personalized training plan tailored to your goals.
Step 3: GOAL / SUSTAINABILITY – Details after completing Steps 1 and 2 (START, JOURNEY)
